Two Types of Projects

Templated Projects

A templated project means Inkblot will use one of its proven, standardized survey framework to deliver insights efficiently and cost-effectively. Typically clients have limited inputs into these survey drafts.

Custom Projects

A custom project is built from the ground up to address your specific goals, data, and strategic questions, with tailored analysis, and deliverables. Typically clients can make any requests or revisions they want.

    Survey Writing

    We don’t believe in “kitchen-sink” surveys where we just throw in all possible questions.
    Our surveys are structured using objective-based sections, each mapped to a key outcome, and a key framework. This modular design eliminates unnecessary questions, sharpens the storyline of the research, and ensures findings translate directly into strategic recommendations.

    Survey Programming

    We convert your approved questionnaires into fully programmed surveys with features like: skip logic | display logic | piping | branching | randomization | complex validation rules 

    Programming is optimized for clarity and mobile usability, protecting the respondent journey and reducing drop-off. Each survey is QA-tested end-to-end across all paths and devices, then soft-launched to confirm performance before full fielding. This ensures data integrity from the moment collection begins.

    Data Collection

    To ensure we reach the right participants for your study, we partner with trusted panel providers.​

    Depending on your audience, we work with different panels who we think can best deliver on your audience. Every panel incentivizes respondents differently. However, the primary methods of incentive include: cash, gift cards, points, loyalty rewards, or donations.

    Data Analysis

    We can do all the fancy statistical stuff your data scientists love. But what’s more important is we can frame the results ​using our proprietary frameworks. These frameworks help marketers focus on the key insights and how to act on them.
